CLIFFORD WEIMER is a writer, editor, movie historian, and all-around good guy. Originally from Ohio and having spent a little too much time in New York City, he new resides in Sacramento, CA where he works full time as a Communications Coordinator for a statewide organization of financial professionals and full time creating this motley website (and our main site, inthebalcony.com). He is also a full time dad. Oh, yeah, and he's created documentaries and biographies and background information for a number of classic movie releases on DVD (including the critically acclaimed restoration of The Phantom Empire for VCI Entertainment and Mystery Men of the Movies for AC Comics) He was also a consultant on a massive project that brought 25 American cult movies of the 1950s to DVD in England, so if you're in the U.K. and you're enjoying Earth vs. the Spider and War of the Colossal Beast, you can thank good ol' Cliff. He also is working on various writing projects, including movie scripts. How does he do it? No social life, and the man never sleeps. I mean, NEVER sleeps. He's constantly looking for new writing projects and opportunities, so if you've got one... Cliff never eats red meat, rarely eats flour or sugar, has radical political views, is known to burst into song at inopportune moments, claims that all the ladies like to comment on his "sweet ass", has worked diligently for the repeal of Proposition 8 in California (his oldest son said to him recently, "You are the gayest straight man I know") and loves to travel.
